HOW TO GET A CHL, READ PLEASE!
Military Active Duty is free to DPS AUSTIN,
 Military Vets, and age 60 + $70.
Texas Concealed Handgun License requires you to complete all paperwork and be Certified by a DPS CHL INSTRUCTOR at class, do an  on line application to dps Austin and pay them $70. if a Veteran, or over 60, or $140 for a 5 year Chl license that is legal for you to carry concealed in  Texas and 28 other  states for 5 years!
